Lifetime Limited Warranty

Amazon Dental Lab ("we," "us," or "our") provides a lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for dentures and dental appliances manufactured by our laboratory.

This warranty is provided to the purchasing dental practice for the benefit of the original patient for whom the appliance was fabricated. Coverage applies to defects attributable to our manufacturing processes or materials when the appliance is used and maintained under normal conditions.

This warranty remains in effect for the lifetime of the original patient, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined below.

Coverage is limited to qualifying defects in materials and workmanship and does not extend to normal wear and tear, changes in oral anatomy, or other circumstances unrelated to the original manufacturing of the appliance.

This warranty is nontransferable and applies only to the original patient and appliance.

If a covered defect is identified, Amazon Dental Lab will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective appliance at no charge.

All warranty claims are subject to evaluation by our laboratory to determine whether the reported issue resulted from a defect in materials or workmanship.

Warranty coverage is limited to the laboratory's repair or replacement of the affected appliance. It does not include shipping expenses, clinical fees, chairside adjustments, dental appointments, or other services provided by the treating dental professional.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Ordinary deterioration, material aging, staining, discoloration, or wear resulting from regular use.
• Changes in Oral Anatomy: Changes in bone structure, gum tissue, tooth positioning, or other oral conditions that affect the fit, retention, or function of an appliance over time.
• Accidental Damage or Misuse: Damage caused by dropping, impact, improper handling, excessive force, exposure to heat, improper cleaning, or failure to follow recommended care instructions.
• Improper Maintenance or Neglect: Damage resulting from inadequate cleaning, improper storage, or other failures to maintain the appliance appropriately.
• Third-Party Alterations or Repairs: Defects or damage caused by repairs, modifications, or adjustments performed by parties other than Amazon Dental Lab.
• Clinical or Patient-Related Factors: Issues resulting from inaccurate impressions or scans, clinical procedures, treatment decisions, patient habits, or other circumstances outside the laboratory's manufacturing control.

Routine clinical adjustments performed by the treating dental professional do not automatically void this warranty. However, any damage or defect resulting from such adjustments is excluded from coverage.

To submit a warranty claim, the purchasing dental practice must:

1. Contact Amazon Dental Lab within 30 days of discovering the suspected defect, or as soon as reasonably practicable.
2. Provide the original case information or other documentation sufficient to identify the appliance, along with a description of the reported issue.
3. Follow our instructions regarding photographs, supporting documentation, or return of the appliance for evaluation.

Amazon Dental Lab will review the claim and determine whether the reported issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the appliance at no additional laboratory charge.

This warranty applies exclusively to qualifying defects in materials and workmanship associated with the original manufacture of the appliance.

It does not guarantee that an appliance will remain suitable for the patient's changing clinical needs throughout their lifetime.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amazon Dental Lab's obligations under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the covered appliance. This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages, including lost income, patient inconvenience, or costs associated with clinical treatment.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This warranty provides specific contractual rights. Additional rights or remedies may be available under applicable federal or state law.

Amazon Dental Lab reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty for future purchases.

Any changes will apply prospectively and will not alter the warranty terms applicable to appliances manufactured before the effective date of the changes.
