Dental Lab Technician
Eddy Vicuna Ramos, Co-Founder and Dental Lab Technician, brings over 16 years of experience in denture fabrication and dental prosthetics. He earned his degree in Dental Laboratory Technology from Universidad Central del Ecuador, where he developed the technical knowledge and skills that form the foundation of his craftsmanship. His extensive experience, precision, and attention to detail reflect our commitment to producing high-quality dental restorations and appliances that meet the needs of dental professionals and their patients.
Director of Operations
Lorraine Putzel, Co-Founder and Director of Operations, brings over 15 years of experience in business administration, operations, and client relations. She oversees all non-technical aspects of Amazon Dental Lab, including client communications, case coordination, vendor relationships, and business development. Lorraine's organizational expertise and hands-on approach ensure efficient daily operations and responsive service.
