Our Lifetime Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

Amazon Dental Lab (“We” or “Our”) offers a lifetime warranty on all dentures and appliances manufactured by us. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

2. Warranty Period

This lifetime warranty remains in effect for as long as the original patient maintains their dentures with regular care and adheres to the care instructions provided.

3. Coverage Details

Defects in Materials and Workmanship: We warrant that our dentures and appliances will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Should a defect arise under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

Repairs and Replacements: If your patient's dentures or appliance becomes defective, please contact us within 30 days of discovering the defect. We will assess the situation and, if covered by the warranty, provide a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage Due to Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper care, accidents, or neglect is not covered.

Normal Wear and Tear: Natural wear and tear or changes in the mouth over time are not covered.

Alterations or Unauthorized Repairs: Any alterations or repairs made by individuals or companies other than Amazon Dental Lab will void this warranty.

5. Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim:

Contact us to report the defect.

Provide proof of purchase and describe the issue.

Follow any additional instructions provided by our team to return the defective product for evaluation.

7. Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Warranty

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at our discretion. Changes will not affect warranties issued before the effective date of such changes.
